Premium Gift Baskets - Return Policy
Unlike our competitors we DO NOT charge a restocking fee for returning Gift Baskets.
All damaged shipments must be reported to us & shipped within 5 business days. Please ask your recipient to keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it will need to be returned to us.
We will not refund any opened gift baskets.
Any goods returned to Grower Direct without prior
authorization will not be refunded. To receive authorization for a Gift Basket return please email us at customerservice@growerdirect.com or complete & submit the form at the bottom of this page.
All Gift Baskets authorized for return by Grower Direct must be unopened, in their original box and in the condition they were received.
No credits or replacements will be processed until the returned merchandise is received by us.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Our $11.95 per item service fee is non-refundable.
Holiday baskets returned to us because our carrier was unable to deliver them for any reason are non-refundable, however we are happy to ship them again. Additional shipping costs will be charged.
