Gift Basket Shipping Policy
Destinations
We ship Gift Baskets within Canada only, Monday through Friday.
Once your order is received, we will prepare your basket and ship it by the next business day. We can not guarantee next day delivery as it depends on many factors such as your recipient's location & time that the order was received.
Please note: We do not deliver any baskets on the same day the order is placed - all of our Gift Baskets are carefully packaged and shipped via our carrier who only delivers Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Rates and Delivery Days
Shipping costs are based on the average size & weight of the box. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta, so shipping from coast to coast is usually within 5 business days of ordering.
Delivery days do not include the day we ship. If we ship on a Wednesday, a 1 day shipping time means that delivery will be on Thursday, even if you placed your order later in the day on Tuesday.

Due to the difference in our Premium Gift Basket sizes and weights, shipping costs are different for each basket. Please check the shipping information on the product page for the exact shipping cost for your selected Premium Gift Basket.
Safe Arrival
Our Gift Baskets are packed very carefully to ensure safe arrival at your recipients door.
We are not able to guarantee specific day or time deliveries, how long it will take for your package to be delivered is not guaranteed.
Non Delivery/Re-Delivery
If a recipient is not home to accept delivery an attempted delivery slip will be left with instructions for re-delivery or pick up. If the package is returned to us for non-delivery, we will inform you immediately to receive further delivery instructions. An extra delivery charge will apply.
Incorrect Address
If a basket is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. Please check your addresses carefully! You MUST include a daytime phone number for the recipient.
